Called for an interview at college. Was asked questions about my work experience and projects on my resume.

There was only one tech question to union two unsorted arrays.

The interview was for 30 minutes and mostly consisted of HR questions. Yet to hear from them.

Pros: The paycheck was good. I started as an intern and when I got hired after the internship, my salary grew to more than double. However, from what I understood from my colleagues, I was a bit underpaid, probably because I was a fresh graduate. There are plenty of benefits, but they depend on the headquarter.

Cons: The management system is not a good one. Each year, a manager has to have from his team an overachiever and an underachiever, no matter what he has to have these two. This builds competitiveness between coworkers.

Cons: No passion for innovation and pushing the boundaries. The bottom line (money) always takes top priority when it comes to direction and decision making.
