Culture and people at the company are amazing. You get the opportunity to work with different technologies. I love the company.
Not much of any cons of real significance. Sometimes, even if you work hard, you may not get the expected amount of satisfaction because everyone works hard and is brilliant at the company, so it's difficult sometimes to be very successful.
Continue doing the work you are doing because you are best at what you do. Try to encourage more hard work if possible.
