Pros

Excellent growth prospects if you plan to go abroad. Contact with incredible people, personally and technically. Potential contact with cutting-edge technology. Exploratory bias (if you're good at digging and learning on your own, you'll fit in well).

Cons

Health plan is almost irrelevant outside of São Paulo capital. Few benefits compared to other companies in the industry. Meal voucher is average and with 20% co-payment. Sign-in bonus is more of a handcuff than a bonus. Difficult internal mobility; little team bias. If you need teamwork, people willing to teach and learn in practice, you will have a hard time. Inhuman leadership. Inefficient decentralized HR. Uses an internal tool with outsourced HR that works very poorly for residents of Brazil, which discourages seeking support. No documentation policy, pair programming, and knowledge sharing. If you want to learn from someone, good luck.

Advice to Management
