Colleagues are ready to help you anytime. The projects are exciting. It is easy to switch between teams. Mentors are very helpful.
Flexible working hours.
Internship work was not considered much while giving pre-placement offers.
Make the internship project the main criterion for deciding whether to give full-time offers to intern candidates.
