Pros

People are good, so peer learning is good.

Provides very good learning, depending upon the team. Work is good or bad as per the team.

Work culture no longer promotes employee care. It's all cost-cutting.

Employee care and facilities are moderate compared to peers.

Cons

Compensation - They pay well compared to peers.

Internal Change - The process of internal change of team forces employees to resign, depending on the manager's ego.

If you are not mine, you cannot be theirs either. :)

Advice to Management

Improve facilities. Best engineers work for you.

Improve the process for internal change. Make them employee-friendly rather than management-friendly.
