Salary and benefits. Big company.
Constant reorganization, unstable. Too many incompetent managers sticking to their chairs with political games and "friends." Limited career opportunity.

It was quick and smooth. I interviewed around 11:30 AM. After that, I had lunch with the hiring manager, then met with a couple of technical fellows, a testing manager, and finally the engineering director. Everyone was friendly and nice.
There were 3 rounds of technical interviews after the initial screening. Different interviewers asked some repeated questions. Some questions focused on your existing areas of expertise, including: * Active Directory * .NET * CI/CD
