Solid hierarchy, not letting people speak up their ideas.
Very harsh politics, not letting best ideas or brilliant people win.
Microsoft should look at how the best companies work outside and try to acquire best practices. Retrospectives never happen at Microsoft, which prevents them from being critiqued and hinders their progression. They should really find ways to stop stupid politics.
