Pros

Benefits are awesome, as well as the parties and swag. It could be a great learning environment.

Cons

Schedules are too tight to really enable you to learn something new. It's too difficult to get a promotion because you have to kiss the manager's butt and work well over 40 hours per week just to get your normal work done, let alone anything that would help you get a promotion.

Advice to Management

Be more honest with employees. If an employee isn't doing well, don't tell them all is okay then slam them in the back. Allow time for employees to learn new technologies.
