Pros

Great benefits.

The salary and benefits are quite competitive.

Chance to work with some quite talented engineers.

Broad product range provides flexibility to work on different areas based on interest.

Cons

Engineering at some teams (especially older ones) can become too structured sometimes. There is not much room for innovation, and the rigid requirements can make the work feel boring. It's hard to make significant contributions at the junior levels.

Advice to Management

Allow some room for innovation and part-time projects to retain talented people, especially at the beginner levels.
