- Relaxed work environment; set your own hours, get free drinks and coffee, wear whatever you want. It doesn't sound like much, but it helps make the work environment a lot less stressful.
- Tech talks and courses you can take to learn more about programming.
Food isn't as good.
There are cafeterias serving food, but they could definitely be serving better quality or more variety.
