Pros

Great benefits, lots of new technology.

Work with really sharp people.

The giving program is great.

Cons

Starting as an industry hire, I've always worked as part of a team, and it has hurt me here. While I've stepped up to do some of the grunt work for the team, I've been moved around and failed to get promoted.

There's very little control over when your personal life disappears to ship the product. Massive re-orgs can tear effective teams apart.
