Pros

You have the opportunity to work on any aspect of Computer Science you want. There are some really good engineers here. You get some unique experience that you cannot get from other places. Seattle is a beautiful place.

Cons

Compensation for entry-level engineers is not very good. People are losing their passion now. It is a big company that is not an innovation company anymore. The antitrust issues really hurt the morale of the company, especially when compared with its main competitor on the internet. Its response speed is slow. This leads to slow responses in the market. Too many PMs try to make things messy because they need to show their visibility.

Advice to Management

The passion of innovation and the support of producing better products is something we need to really think about.
