Smart, Free, Comfortable Culture
A great company with a lot of intelligent people. The company gives its employees a lot of freedom and has a very comfortable culture. Employees get to do some really interesting things and learn a lot. Even as an intern, you are heard, and everyone, even the managers, are approachable.
I was not affected, but the stack ranking system is a thing everyone wants to get better.
Even after working for one of the best technology companies in the world, people tend to tell you Microsoft is not doing that great in a particular product, and the product is not that great, and it hurts.
