- Wide range of career growth opportunities if in the USA.
- Overall, I think it was a good place to start as a new graduate. Plenty of other new graduates were hired from the top universities in Europe, and also some from EMEA and India.
- Huge user base; you can have a big impact from early in your career.
In MS Ireland, there aren't that many positions, and promotions happen at a slower rate than in the USA.
Focus better on onboarding new graduates. The new grad program back in 2013 was quite poor.

There were 3 rounds. First was an Online Assessment round where they asked coding questions. In the 2nd round, they also asked about data structures and algorithm questions. In the third round, which was the final round, they asked one more coding
