Flexible to work with Microsoft.
No cons at working with Microsoft.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks.- First round: There was one DSA round with a stack-based DSA question. It was easy to medium, and it was mostly about a monotonous stack. They also asked computer science fundamentals
That was on campus. It took one and a half hours and two rounds of interviews. The OA was somewhat average to difficult, but the interview was not quite that difficult. The second round was a resume round.
Technical interview: The interview was very minimal, with specific questions on DSA, technical subjects, HLD, and LLD. The interviewer was very comfortable and made the meeting experience very nice.
