Upper management is really partial, and budgets and compensation vary vastly from team to team. Growth is kind of slow, and you have to switch if you need actual growth in your career and compensation.

I just had a very tough interview, and I tried my best. Most of the discussion was heavily focused on system design concepts, challenging my ability to think critically, structure solutions, and explain trade-offs under pressure.
That was on campus. It took one and a half hours and two rounds of interviews. The OA was somewhat average to difficult, but the interview was not quite that difficult. The second round was a resume round.
