Pros

You get a good work-life balance if your manager is good; otherwise, they will lend you their restlessness.

Cons

Tech stack wise - it keeps changing as the managerial vision is lacking and they keep dissolving teams. Silent lay-offs are quite common here.

Job stability - Even if you have worked for like 5 years and were quite visible, you will be laid off. Even if you were hired for a team whose product closes in just 3 months of your hiring and they decide to dissolve the team, they will judge for that little span of time and even treat you like a scapegoat and give you a bad review.

Advice to Management

They should pay more attention to the vision of the product. Having a vision of at least two quarters is very common in other companies, but not here.
