Submitted resume. Initial interview with recruiter consisted of resume review and a couple of brain teasers. Interview with engineer consisted of a coding question. Final interview day in Sydney consisted of three interviews with engineers.

Recruiter approach via employee referral, after several email exchanges containing resume and questionnaire. 1st Interview: Skype, 45 minutes. * 1 coding problem on CollabEdit with side questions about complexity and how to reduce memory usage.

Emailed a university recruiter, got a phone screen, and then an all-expenses-paid invite to Redmond to interview in person. The phone screen was mostly behavioral questions with the occasional technical question and one puzzle: Presented with 3 bas
