Big company with lots of different things going on.
Lots of smart people working on so many cutting-edge areas, it can be very exciting.
Windows 8 seems promising, so does Win Phone 8. Xbox & Kinect are awesome.
Very interesting to see how O365 will grow from here - it should be a big success.
Individual smaller team cultures are diminishing a bit as everything in the company is ending up under Office or Windows and being more tightly integrated. This is compounded by the elimination of business owners in favor of the 'functional model.'
