Lots of teams and projects where you can work if you clear interviews or have the right contacts.

- Too many teams and managers, and re-organization, which can confuse and hinder.
- Hire and fire policy, especially if you are higher up in the hierarchy.
- Work is very average mostly, and nothing much to learn. Of course, it can vary from team to team, but generally, it's below average.
