Cons

No growth, no learning, monolithic repos, boring inefficient work because of over-security (lockbox requirements). Most employees are forced to leave after 4+ years as their on-hire stock grant becomes zero.

Older employees (10+ years at Microsoft) control most of the company. They think about their own job security and growth and create competition among others.
