I dare say there isn't a company in Mexico that respects your private life as much as Microsoft.
As in all companies, climbing the ranks is a long and tedious process. The honeymoon effect lasts quite a while until you realize what you're missing out on.
If every quarter they have the same observations regarding remuneration, why don't they do anything?
