Pros

Very good compensation, though not the highest in the industry. A nice work-life balance and the ability to innovate within your role. Rewards and progression are completely performance-based.

Cons

The work isn't the most exciting, and it's easy to be a cog in the machine if you don't fight for more.

Layoffs have been hitting the company hard, and it seems like there is a real push to make changes for the sake of making changes rather than because of any empirical data-driven metrics (or at least none that have been shared with employees).

Advice to Management

Overall management is good. I'd just caution against making changes without a reason.
