It's not bad for a fresher.
Work-life balance is fine, not great.
I talked to a recruiter on campus. The first round was over the phone and consisted of problem-solving questions. Then, you are flown out to Seattle for an on-site interview, which is quite difficult.
The interview was very good. The questions asked were professional, and the person asking them was proficient in their vocabulary and sentence framing. They were also calm and collected, reading questions from a small notebook.
HR contacted me on LinkedIn. I filled out the application online with an approval. 1. One online OA 2. Direct 4 rounds of interviews (Virtual Onsite) 1. Basic system design question 2. Behavioral question
