The quality of my work life is high, and the work is interesting.
The vast majority of software engineering teams based in Barcelona have a heavy dependency on teams on the West Coast of the US, so we usually have meetings most evenings from 5-7 PM. There aren't many managers located in Barcelona.

The interview process was really straightforward: solve a palindrome using any language you would like. I came in without any idea of what they would ask me, but it was a good experience.
