Bad work-life balance. Had to transfer internally
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Seattle, Washington, United States
July 25, 2024
Pros: A big name as a stepping stone for your first big tech job.
Cons: Choose Microsoft for its WLB, even if they offer less money. If you get hired by Azure or BAP (Business Applications), just run. WLB is a joke in those two departments. For internal transfers, it is the same as an external interview.
