Contractor role at Bing. Three rounds: * Two rounds of coding questions (medium and easy). * The last round was an interview by a Principal, who randomly picked a project from my resume and asked me to explain it.

Had a phone screening and then completed two technical interviews back-to-back. They were super friendly and understanding. During the phone interview, they asked me about why I was interested in Microsoft and about their products.

The first interview was an on-campus screening at my university. It was about 45 minutes in length and I was asked two behavioral questions and one technical question. In this interview, you're asked which Microsoft teams you're interested in joining
