Typical behavioral and coding questions, as done with most standard tech companies. Phone screen followed by onsite, where more coding questions on a whiteboard were asked. Expect system design as well for senior roles.

Interviewed with Bing at Bellevue, WA. One of the interviewers showed no interest in me. He was playing on his cell phone the entire time, without looking at me or the whiteboard.

Had a phone screening and then completed two technical interviews back-to-back. They were super friendly and understanding. During the phone interview, they asked me about why I was interested in Microsoft and about their products.
