- Good compensation for senior roles.
- Nice medical subscription (covering all expenses for wife's birth).
- Nice learning/mentorship opportunities, but it really depends on the team.
- Some managers tend to micromanage.
- In my case, the promotion was really slow. In my old team, the best way to get promoted was to be visible (ask questions in meetings) and to make nice presentations. Since I had more technical than presentation skills, I was on the same position for almost 2.5 years.
Promote quality over quantity.
