Challenging Work, No Free Food
It is a challenging workplace, where everybody is giving their best. You get to work remotely or from the office.
The only thing I can think about is that it doesn't offer free food, like other startups are doing.
There should be more team-building activities and more vacation time. A nicer office should be found.
