Was surprisingly heavily focused on behavioral questions, less so on coding and system design. After success, it was hard to see any overview of the teams that had open positions.

It was difficult, but not impossible. As you might expect, it was less hands-on and more algorithm-heavy. If you prepare, you will do okay, provided you have memorized enough LeetCode problems. I would recommend prepping for a few weeks.
