There were 4 rounds of interviews, with some design questions included. In the latter one, I was asked some network-related questions. Then, they asked how to optimize a code snippet. The code snippet was not hard to read.

Take-home test, test #2, system design, HR test. I found the process to be quite straightforward and welcoming for the diverse software engineers. The test consisted of classical data structures and algorithms questions (LeetCode), done in Python.

On-campus interview through school job board. This was 30 minutes long, and I was invited to set up a final round on-site that evening. The on-site interview happened 1-2 weeks later in Redmond, Washington. There were four 45-minute interviews with
