Contacted by a recruiter from MS. 3 rounds of technical interviews with senior engineers and managers. Some coding questions in LeetCode style and system design. Got the result within 1 day and accepted the offer in one month.

They gave me a 30-minute coding challenge where I had to show my coding process to an interviewer on screen. I had to explain my code to the interviewer, detailing why I wrote it in that way.

The phone interview started with me telling about myself. We discussed my experience and skills. Be good at what you have on your resume. The questions were mostly based on designing.
