I had to talk about my challenges in my current job. I had to talk about projects that I was in charge of and the problems I faced. It took about half an hour, then I had to answer two interview questions.

The interviewer asked about me, then explained the role, and then we moved on to a technical question, which I couldn't complete. I needed to retell the path he took through the maze without the places he went through that weren't good.

Four interviews in the same week for a position in Romania. The interviews were with people from Poland. Not much feedback. The job description did not correspond to the questions asked.
