I first met the Microsoft team at my university during an info session. They were also present at a career expo my university hosts, and I was able to talk one-on-one with a recruiter. I was interested in hardware, but after speaking with the recruit

The recruiter was already tired and apologized in advance, stating they were not going to pay too much attention. They went directly to technical questions, and at the end, posed one critical thinking problem.

It was a good, crisp, and to-the-chase interview. It consisted of 3 rounds, back-to-back, 45 minutes each. Round 1: OOPS Round 2: LLD Round 3: DSA coding round.
