- Your ideas are valued much. It doesn't matter if you are just an entry-level employee.

- Benefits are good. A lot of flexibility, like WFH and sabbaticals, is provided.
- Your feedback is treated with a lot of seriousness.
- Even if work culture is driven to be more inclusive, sometimes politics take over. But that is team-dependent and giving feedback helps.
- In comparison to Google and Amazon in India, compensation falls back.
