The best company I have worked for by far!
Great salary and benefits. Fun and interesting technologies to build. Great work/life balance. The opportunity to work with smart and creative people. It's Microsoft, so the name sort of speaks for itself. Also, the CEO, Satya, is an amazing leader and forward thinker.
As in most tech giants, diversity is not the best. I would love to see more Black people hired for technical roles and more Black people in leadership roles.
