People. Very intelligent people, motivated and willing to change the world. Community efforts people are doing in their free time, the support the center is giving to the community in order to improve things, the amount of donations, and the amount of excellence – it is all amazing.
Some things are boring and need to be done. Some managers are bad.
Work-life balance is getting better each year, but is still not as good as work-life balance at Microsoft is in the USA and other places (~6 hours of work a day).
