There was a staff and budget cut in almost all teams. There will be no indefinite salary increases, and it is more complicated to get a promotion.
The salary is not as good as in other companies. To reduce their expenses, they are hiring in LATAM, where, according to their "field study", they are paying employees well (and yes, it's above average), but they are not giving more.
