Easy day-to-day life. Interesting projects (depending on team). Nice community and co-workers.
Underpaid relative to peers, but work-life balance makes up for it.
Too many re-orgs make it hard to build lasting change.
Stop competing within orgs for resources. Bring back QAs to boost product quality.
