I thought the interview was moderately difficult. There were a number of algorithm-type questions which I thought went okay. No offer as of yet, but it was good experience. I will try to interview again with Microsoft as soon as is practically possible.

Cons: The company culture has gone way down since the company announced work more with less.
With the pay and periodic layoff events, I am not sure Microsoft is still the same company in everyone's imagination.

Pros: Great work/life balance. Being fully remote is a big plus.
Cons: The compensation could be higher.
