Pros

They do care for your mental health. They have a Perks+ program for you, which means around $2K per year in perks for a lot of things. They also have a very good private insurance policy.

Cons

My org was a mess. They had almost no documentation, and the onboarding process was really bad. After I was fired, they revoked my network permissions the next day. They did not let me say goodbye to my team. The experience was really bad.

Advice to Management

Rethink the onboarding and layoff processes.
