Intelligent people have a great scope of work to do.
Recently, there is a lot more pressure to perform, so more work for less pay. There are so many slow processes and red tape that slow down dev speed. It wasn’t like this when I first joined :(
Management needs to push back on so many asks and protect their devs, reduce reorgs and pivots in new products.
