Software Engineer Intern
One phone interview with HR. Two 1-hour interviews with experienced engineers. I found it casual and non-threatening. Interviewers had a combined 20 years at Microsoft and really worked to promote their teams.
Software Engineer Intern
One OA, then a final round. The final round is two interviews, each 45 minutes long. Basically all technical. The first one was implementing Dijkstra's from scratch. The other one was a typical medium string question using two pointers.
