Software Engineer
The interview process was smooth sailing. The folks at Microsoft are seasoned professionals; they sure do know what they're doing. I did not get the job, though. But that's okay. Live and learn.

The process began with a phone interview. After a week or two, I proceeded to the onsite interview. During the onsite, I was asked both behavioral and technical questions. Ultimately, I did not advance further in the process.
