The process began with a phone interview. After a week or two, I proceeded to the onsite interview.
During the onsite, I was asked both behavioral and technical questions. Ultimately, I did not advance further in the process.

Pros: I've been working here for over a year, and the people you work with are one of the best things about the company. Also, there's great flexibility in the working hours.
Cons: Your team, one way or another, works with a team in the US (specifically Seattle) and will have meetings with them. This means you'll have meetings at unexpected hours, like 6 pm or 8 pm.
Some teams have a high workload.
