They are very flexible with work-life balance and will work to accommodate your situation.
Diversity and inclusion propaganda was a little annoying. It is also a large tech company, so some bureaucracy is to be expected.
Give employees time to learn whatever they want. Also challenge them to be better and call out engineers when they write sloppy code.
