WLB: Decent perks. No mandatory RTO.
Low refresher. Low pay compared to other Tier 1 companies, but still okay compared to the rest. Projects move slow with political nonsense. Career growth? Team dependent. If you are on a very chill team, it's likely you are not learning anything.
