Good pay. Work isn't stressful. Great kitchen. You get to learn new things as a software developer early in your career.
Lots of mandatory training to go through. It's a big company, so you have to be honest early on if you want a change.

It was a good, crisp, and to-the-chase interview. It consisted of 3 rounds, back-to-back, 45 minutes each. Round 1: OOPS Round 2: LLD Round 3: DSA coding round.
