I submitted my resume and received a half-technical/half-behavioral phone interview. I was notified that I had made it to the final round, which consisted of two technical 45-minute interviews in Redmond. Flying out to Seattle was amazing. Microsoft

Very interesting. It was more focused on engineering skills, ambition, and the will to learn more than coding an irrelevant problem that means absolutely nothing in the real world of engineering.

It was long and tedious, which kind of turned me off on the idea of working for a large company like that. Additionally, I was not interested in relocating, and remote work was not an option for the position.
